Street Resurfacing Program

Each year, streets are analyzed to determine which are eligible for resurfacing the following year. Street resurfacing is budgeted annually, and only those streets on the pre-approved list are completed. 

When the building of the home is substantially complete, the city will do road improvements, which include any grading and drainage work needed and usually an application of base rock. Paving may or may not be completed on that road. If the road is not paved, it will be maintained as a gravel road.

The Bella Vista Street Department will attempt to notify residents at least one day in advance when their street is scheduled for resurfacing. For questions, contact the Street Department at 479-876-1204.
