The Bella Vista department of the Benton County District Court was established in 2017, after Governor Asa Hutchinson signed into law Act 723 – a bill authorizing Bella Vista to create its own department of district court. Our mission is to enhance public access to the courts while providing efficient and customer-oriented justice with a commitment to excellence.

No weapons are allowed on court premises. Court clerks are not allowed to give legal advice.
Paying your citation:
All citations issued in the City of Bella Vista after Nov. 1, 2017, will be paid to the Bella Vista District Court. If you wish to pay your citation and not appear in court, payments should be paid on or before your scheduled court date. Payments may be made in person during regular business hours by mail or online by clicking HERE. All forms of payment are accepted. There is a technology fee assessed based on the amount of the transaction when payment is made by credit/debit card. Please note that a "Must Appear" citation requires a court appearance on the given date and time. Contact the court clerk for citation amounts.
